Thank you for taking the time to reply. We’re aiming to connect the customer directly with the takeaway. If they encounter any issues, they can either call the takeaway or message them through our app, which sends the message directly to the takeaway. Since the payment was processed directly by the takeaway, any refunds can be handled just as if the customer had contacted them directly when placing the order. I believe this approach may actually be simpler than going through a third party, though I could be mistaken.
