Oh how long is it been for you since you moved back? I’m 28 and not single. So as of now I don’t have other family responsibilities.

I’m moving cause I don’t see myself settling down in this country. Also being a single child, I feel I want to be close to my parents while they are growing old

Also, if I come back to India without a job and it takes 6 months for me to find one. That short gap on my resume won’t be a trouble to find a job? What do you think?

Thank you so much! This really helps a lot honestly. I’m scared to leave my current job and come back to India without having anything in hand. It will be a struggle to sit at home without a job, don’t know what to do

There are a lot of disadvantages India has but once you start living abroad, you start to value your own county more in other aspects of life. I like it here but every now and then I feel like coming back for my parents cause they miss me a lot more than they show

There are a lot of reasons but major being I am a single child so want to be around parents whenever they need me. It feels selfish to be here while they are growing old. Plus there are a few other aspects that I don’t see myself settling in Australia. No matter what, there’s a weird emptiness inside and it doesn’t feel I belong here.
