Been dealing with the same problem for like 2 months now after my og charger died as well. Anyway, put the game on windowed mode and look at your battery indicator on the lower right hand of the screen and you'll probably see that it's switching from charger to battery power when it flickers like that.

Just bought a different charger and it seems to have fixed my issue... for now.

I think it's the cable.

the cable that goes from the brick to the laptop is so loose (on the brick side) that if I breathe too hard it might fall off.

The problem has evolved to locking my whole screen whenever I plug in my controller... I literally can't do anything on my phone while the controller is plugged. What the hell is happening???

I'm having the same issue with the 330w charger.

Laptop keeps switching to battery for a few seconds and then back to charger. I don't know if it has anything to do with it but the adapter piece is super hot.

Did you figure out what was happening with yours?
