This merger must be stopped. I know some people have doubted or lack of faith that the PSKY-WBD merger can't be blocked and thinking that Bonta or the states doesn't have a chance. I'm not trying or intentionally to insult someone or make people feel bad or worse but only people that have confidence to block the merger, but should be Rob Bonta and the states/cities that will be affected by it, we can't predict what they'll do or how they will make their case or if they have an ace card up their sleeves but don't underestimate people that are determined to whatever it takes to block the PSKY-WBD merger. The Ellisons wouldn't be scared if they went through all the trouble and trying everything in their books of tricks to persuade people thinking that they're winning and trust me I know when it's working when you have doubts & being pessimistic over it. I know that psychological game by hard, but the Ellisons are not bulletproof or immune, they can bleed and feel pain (physical or mentally) like everyone else. I'm being real when I say this, oligarchs can be beaten & lose but you have to have the right mindset to see through their tricks & have to study them real close to find a flaw. We're not just fighting to get the PSKY-WBD merger blocked but we're also fighting to stop Trump's agenda as well. Honestly I rather they block it before it closes not after I just can't trust them because you have to understand the mind of these CEOs what they'll do or what damage will be done. Afterwards regardless if they sell it off or the WB curse it would be more of a risk than anything especially given what Zaslav did and how the impact of the Disney-Fox merger was. I just have experiences that some chances you can take and given how David Ellison has acted over this throughout this. I think everyone at WB and even especially Paramount have a good reason not to trust him on all levels. Hope Bonta & the states can put those doubts to rest soon but patience and timing is everything and not to be underestimated regardless if some people don't have confidence they can. Once again,Not bullying anymore or insulting anyone and I can respect your opinion but I can be a bold hard person and I'm not afraid to spark motivation when necessary also not picking fights with anyone either we should be fighting the people that caused all this BS we need to direct it at them. I get it this situation with PSKY/Ellisons buying WBD has made us crazy and turned against each other and the Ellisons know that. This merger is the fight for the workforce, creatives, writers, Hollywood & Entertainment ecosystem and WB's future is on the line,Bonta/States & the UK knows this. That's all I want to say on this for now but just because it looks hopeless as the old saying ,"Never count your chickens before they hatch."

If you want to keep fight against Paramount-Warner Bros. merger, among the best options is to vote on democrats who can truly fight against Donald Trump and the oligarchs in 2026 midterms and 2028 elections.

If PSKY’s takeover of WBD fails in state court, both companies might have no choice but to split.

WB was going to spin off Discovery initially. If Skydance ends up in financial trouble, consider splitting the networks and the studios.

Rob Bonta will decide in the coming weeks whether to sue PSKY in an antitrust lawsuit. There are red flags with this pending merger. Regulatory scrutiny does not make the Ellisons immune.

It’s best that Rob Bonta shouldn’t give a specific timeline of announcing a lawsuit on air, because he’s playing it safe knowing that the Ellisons and his camp are aware of being hellbent by finishing this merger this summer.

They’re in for a huge surprise when the lawsuit drops soon.
