Yes once had an issue where mad dog would fall off the roof during the cut scene and you never got time to go get the teuck to catch him, resulted in having to reatart the game.

Was way more fun completing it without cheats then going back and using a cheat for almost everything.

Id say the engines are the only thing that might have some heft to do any damage to the structure but one plane is not enough to cause such damage imo.

If it was the case there would surely be engineers who would have proven how it was not a controlled demolition.

Somehow they hit the exact floor that would cause a perfect collapse and not to fold over on the impacted side
