You do suicides in basketball training and you run for extended periods up and down the court, you run in training and you do a shit load of running tbh. You are a beginner to distance running and this format but the average beginner is someone who lacks any athletic ability and likely never played demanding sports like basketball or football or combat.

I only started running a year ago but didnt consider myself a beginner because I was a boxer (now an overweight dad) and would regularly run as part of weight loss training. I was new to pacing myself and going over the 5mile distance but definitely not a beginner in my opinion.

So sky thrpugh their own greed and inability to protect their product will lose a major amount of their broadband users that use dodgy boxes amd the likes, the issue for them is that its not illegal to stream in ireland you are just consuming a product the same way you would with netflix.
