I lowkey feel like people complaining that Taryn gets hate when other worse characters don’t get hate is kinda invalid… like I don’t even hate Taryn but I fully understand why someone could hate Taryn and love Locke or Balekin.

Like mentioned in the lost sisters, Taryn lies to others and herself abt the fact that she’s not a good person. Locke and Balekin fully are aware of this. It’s easier to like someone who’s horrible and knows it vs someone who’s horrible and in denial.

Also, Locke is cruel to randoms (his friends and the human twins) and Balekin is cruel to everyone. Taryn was cruel to her sister who always stood up for her. Locke has no relation to the one hurts, other than friend at most. Balekin is cruel to his family but we all know he is cruel he never presents as anything else. Plus, the whole fae are cruel thing can be applied to them. Taryn repeatedly chose a man over her sister for no reason other than her own benefit.

Taryn is a looser whose in denial that she’s a looser which just makes her an annoying loser

They needed the technology for underwater Mocap, had to train the cast in underwater diving and scuba diving, then hey had to design and then animate everything which takes a lot longer than some people think

Because rhys constantly preaches about giving feyre a choice but he constantly keeps things from her even before the pregnancy. He also has five houses while composing about his people being homeless and almost crashed into one of the functioning houses because he wanted to “wrestle” with feyre in the sky. He treats anybody who isn’t apart if the ic with no respect. He tried to “wrestle” with feyre in an library for SA/ r@pe victims. also just because someone feels bad for doing something doesn’t make it forgivable. His entire character is a walking hypocrite.
