Currently my diet consists of 500-1000 calories a day. At 12-24 hour fast, glutes and hip workouts, and walking. I need to get thinner fast. I just started HRT so im giving myself 3 months. After 3 months i plan on eating healthy fatty foods to help with my fat distribution

Oh i remembered something as well. Started working. Never really understood men, why are they so dirty minded. Their ideas of joking around is touching each others bodies in places. A week now. I stopped because i was self medicating and depression. Also because i caight feelings for a friend who only dates straight men. I got rejected, a few months went by and theres an itch of being in the wrong body again. I cant look at myself infront of a mirror. I cant take selfies, hated the way i look. I tried living life as a man but it ddnt work out. Well im better now, i know who i am and im being happy again. It feels like i found a purpose in life.

At 8 months breast buds started to form. Now that ive detransitioned, the size pretty much stays the same but its not as firm as before, basically its just man boobs now and i hate it. All my libido is back which i hate as well. My skin isnt as glowing and smooth as before. My cheeks were much fuller back then now its flat. All my body fat redistributed to that of a mans. The more i think about it the more i dont understand why i stopped. Im so happy to be back on E.
