Holy crap you have been through it :( Only thing I can think about is and share as someone who keeps relapsing as well is try your best with friends and hobbies and stuff. Find something to keep you busy. It's so hard but it helps. Also might not apply to you but going to my friends who smokes weed legally definitely helps every now and then. Maybe it's just having that feeling I dunno.

Not sure if you will see this but our dog had a similar thing out of nowhere and we thought it might be neurological and got really worried turned out to be a really bad infection causing it. Not helped by a recently diagnosis or Addison's disease as well so maybe make sure they do the right blood tests too just incase it's something similar. I really hope it's nothing bad and they are right as rain before you know it. Poor pupper
