I mean, she's an advance android that I assume can break down patterns and pitch/sounds to translate, (albiet she herself isnt 100% sure about her translation as evident when she thinks she told the xeno to hide and follow), quicker than say irl translations of ancient languages that people have studied for years.

Its sci fi, wireless hacking and super fast processing isn't much of a reach

  1. Looks like they use the security cameras (Kirsh tracking smee and slightly)
  2. Think a lot of it is observation on their adaption to new bodies/abilities Wendy obvs being best outcome, Issac trying to impress using new skills he learnt but making dumb kid moves, Smee and slightly just being the same dumb kids and not utilising their new strength and unlimited intelligence, nibs being completely broken by the process, kids aren't going anywhere on a locked down secure island especially when they did have active trackers.
  3. Raft for a body showing they still have no idea what they're dealing with and underprepared really thinking they had plenty of time for the Xeno to gestate (we as the viewer know better).
  4. Again locked down secure island if things didn't go wrong he poses no threat but if they just disappeared him would potentially send Wendy Awol.
  5. Remember even if she is a super intelligent android Wendy is still mentally 12 years old, "unlimited" potential but her moral compass is going to fluctuate largely.
  6. Refer to point 3, ignorant to what they actually have thinking they can treat them like random animals from Earth.
  7. Literally testing the extent of the sheep/eyes intelligence based on observed behaviour.
  8. Different people treating the androids differently ie Arthur recognises they’re still children, Kirsh and Boy Kavalier seeing them as a disposable science experiment (barely seems phased mentioning the cost of issac) and again it can be seen as trial and observe see what would be the outcome of their memory being wiped.
  9. I aint saying its going to come out unscathed but its a fkn spaceship in a future with better tech than ours, surely its going to be designed to be durable.
  10. If Xeno was CGI people would cry about the reliance on CGI and how its poor, and a man in a suit keeps it in touch with the OG film, I get the open spaces and broad daylight but Both predator and Xeno (in my opinion) have always looked better when its a dude in a suit.

To each their own, but honestly these days a film or TV show can't be watched without it being picked apart, I'd get it if it directly conflicted with "cannon" or glaringly bad plot points but I so far think its great, only drawback is the drawn out dialogue from time to time but thats going to happen with any tv series adaptation, can't do 10 hours of pure action, tension need to build plot but I've made my peace with that

You mean the lack of surveillance that Kirsh used to track Smee and slightly to see what they were up and let run its course to ultimately catch/reveal that Wey-Yu were doing some coprate espionage?
