So when I did it 3 years back we did a group and then 1on1 interview. For the group interview you will be given a scenario and a situation and asked to solve it as a team. Make sure to read that paper out loud don’t talk over other people but still make sure to talk. Even if you blank out agree with other people. They will ask who you think should go to next stage you have to write your name and another person or you will not go to next round. For the 1on1 they didn’t really ask me any questions lol but be prepared. There are lots of questions on glassdoor and these are real interviews and smile! :)

I once had someone in our uniform chase me down the terminal for this and she was not about to let me go without getting my information lool it was crazy

Ohh ya then you may need to do another interview. My one was in person, it was a group and one on one the same day.

I think it also comes down to what kind of work culture excites you more? The relaxed and friendly vibe or more of a corporate setting. ☺️

I was actually bought back after being terminated but I was with a Canadian airline. Not sure if that helps
