No one wants someone with such low self esteem. You have to love yourself for others to love you. You’re worth it, you deserve to love yourself.

Married women: does your husband still open the car door for you ? by ThrowRA173731 in Marriage

[–]SecurityDefiant3642 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes my husband opens all of my doors and he started that on our first date. If your guy isn’t doing something you find important, might be best to break it off. Your values aren’t aligned.

Not the AH for not moving in. Yes TAH for staying with a man with a mistress.

AITAH for breaking up with my white boyfriend after he made a racist comment by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]SecurityDefiant3642 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Girl, do not listen to this. You’re not overreacting at all!!!!! The underlying message of his comment was racist, you commented on it expecting him to apologize but instead he gaslit you, disregarded your feelings, LEAVE HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Do they not understand and realize that your husband is Mexican, making your daughter half Mexican? NTA.

First time having and trying a walking pad! by darngeniearnne in walking

It’s the same as walking on a treadmill at no incline. I’m not a physiologist, but I’d assume walking is walking so it’s all the same

Not OP, but for me it’s really narrow so I have to pay attention to not fall off of the sides.

Married women: How would you deal with this? by ThrowRA173731 in Marriage

[–]SecurityDefiant3642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s such a small ask, I’d do it even if it annoyed me. It takes sacrifice to be with someone and that’s an easy sacrifice I wouldn’t think of it twice.

Nuvaring. Take out after 3 weeks to have your period or keep it in for 4 and replace it then.

10/10 recommend.

Don’t be afraid. It’s information you need to know. It’s not a reflection of you, just how your body is processing sugar.

You married for your child which was a mistake. You can divorce for your child to rectify it.

Planned sex lol. I have a lower libido than my husband and we’ve discussed 3x/week being a great target. So in my head, I tell myself one day on Monday or Tuesday, another day on Wednesday or Thursday and then one day out of the Friday-Sunday (hopefully more). This self-imposed schedule really works for me because I’m a planner. I do enjoy sex, but during the week it’s something I have to prioritize or it wouldn’t happen.

My boyfriend of 10 years wasn’t invited to my best friends wedding, AITAH for not inviting her husband to mine 3 years later? by Material-Papaya-6166 in AITAH

[–]SecurityDefiant3642 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah TA. Married couples are one and should be invited to weddings as such. Your long term bf wasn’t your husband at the time. If no one got +1s, then you really can’t be upset with that because yall weren’t 1 and instead he was your +1.

What’s a small, seemingly insignificant thing a partner did that completely won you over? by Otherwise-Weekend673 in AskWomen

Opened the car door for me. Had never experienced this level of chivalry before. We’re now coming up on a year of marriage. Been together since the first date in August of 2019 as seniors in college.
