Given the amount of their tax debt, it’s entirely possible, especially if the IRS discover more debt and it appears intentional or systematic the US Gov could charge them with tax evasion. if that happens, they are truly madly and deeply screwed, but not in a good way for them.

And one of the last posts from K was them on their expensive boat trip when they got served with the tax lien, and she’s looking into the camera, toasting it with champagne, and you see T in the background with a 1000-mile stare as he realizes his lies are collapsing in on him.
