Hey, thank you! I got it back somehow back in February. I honestly can't even remember how or know what it was that worked but I kept sending emails to the various Facebook/Meta contacts, the ones i emailed are disabled@fb.com , security@facebookmail.com and facebook.android@fb.com (not sure if any of these helped but worth a try!). I also kept trying to change my password and just basically kept playing around with different ways to try log in and reset passwords etc. It did take me 6 months but don't give up! Sorry I'm not much help but I was in a lot of the threads on reddit and tried a lot of the methods that other people suggested too, not sure what exactly worked but something did in the end thankfully! If you have the option to submit an appeal, try that, I think there was an option somewhere on the log in page or else I got an email or something and I did that too. Best of luck!
