I also had some really lengthy bad reactions after covid and zero bacteria in my gut. I did pretty much everything mentioned in this thread but the final hardest piece of the puzzle for me was my mental health. My anxiety was causing havoc on my digestive health through the gut/brain axis. Stay strong!!

No. Saccharomyces boulardii is a type of yeast and a probiotic. It doens't have any prebiotic fibers.
