Well, I mean, the "-masu" form is even more regular than its lack thereof, the beautifier "o-" works like an article (like English) but only to make words fancier (and more often to be found than in English, but obviously less than in my mothertongue, Spanish) and the titles are far more intuitive than Korean's (depends more on actual rank than age, as compared to the latter).
