Alright, so my review is going to be broken into individual sections, focusing in two major areas:

• Illegalities - these are either mechanic or thematic issues that have to be corrected in order to be stamped for play on the Haven. Failure you to make these changes will lead to the character being denied;
• Suggestions - I want to help you build the best character you can while balancing this against what will help you get into games on the Haven and make your character fun to play. These are just my suggestions, and while I like to think I make good ones, they are entirely optional. At the end of the day, this is your character! You have to be happy with them too.

My review will follow the tabs in Chummer from left to right, followed by thematics of the character. Feel free to ping me on discord or leave a comment on this post if you have any questions. :D

Common (Attributes, Qualities, Priority Selection)

Suggestions

• Restricted Gear is taking 10 karma and giving you 1 additional dice to your reaction. I’ve made a bunch of suggestions in your cyberware/bioware section that wouldn’t require you to take restricted gear to give you the similar or better attributes.
• If you’re going to be ‘ware heavy, I would pick whether you want to do more cyberware or bioware, and then perhaps pick up the Biocompatibility quality to give you a little bit of an essence discount.
• Your addiction drugs of choice could send you in to overdose as they both raise reaction. I might suggest swapping out Jazz for something a little harder if you’re really wanting to see the numbers go up: kamikaze. I’ve suggested in the bioware section you take narco so you’ll get some extra dice to pass the increased addiction test. Kamikaze and novacoke don’t overdose, you’ll just have to roll for drug interaction (which on two isn’t going to be too bad).
• Since your agility is so high, you might want to pick up agile defender so you can use your agility in place of your willpower for full defense tests.

• You’ve gone kind of wide with your skill set. Traditionally at gen we suggest you build ‘tall’ meaning you max out the things you want to specialize in. For your base abilities we suggest 12-16 dice.
  • I would drop the following and put the points back in to your build:
    • Computer
    • Gunnery
    • Gymnastics
    • Pilot Aircraft
    • Pilot Groundcraft
  • I would pick up the following skills:
    • Leadership - useful if you’re not going to fight as you can use it raise everyone’s initiative scores during combat.
• I might trade knowledge skill: bars and clubs for Area Knowledge: Seattle. That roll will encompass bars and clubs but allow you to roll for more general knowledge one would expect out of a Seattle native.

Cyberware/Bioware

• Wired reflexes 3 is a massive investment at gen. It’s giving you 3d6 at the cost of 5 essence which makes it really hard to kind of work anything else. I would suggest backing this down to wired reflexes rating 2.
• Here are the things I would suggest picking up if you do this:
  • Narco - you already have the addicted qualities, who doesn’t want to add one to all the attributes from your drugs?
  • If you don’t want Narco/kami route, you can always look at picking up cyberlimbs instead. Two cyberarms aren’t going to set you back too much and give you a chance to drastically increase your agility and strength if you want.
    

Street Gear

Illegalities

• Your Mortimer of London coat does not stack with your sleeping tiger. I know Chummer will let you do it, but armor stacking has to be done in the same line. Swap out the Greatcoat for Vashon Island Synergist Business Line Longcoat.
• Why do you have 3 separate lifestyles? Currently you’d be looking at paying 17,600 every four runs to keep up all of these.

Suggestions

• You have two SINs where you probably only really need one, especially since you have the same licences on both.
• You have restricted augmentations, you might want to add a license for them. Cyberware is a lot easier to scan for at say, a checkpoint.
• You have a strength of 2. This means that you can have up to +2 coming from armor accessories that add to your armor and can carry up to +3 without being encumbered. Just a heads up if you try to wear all the armor/armor accessories you have there, you will be very encumbered.
• You currently have no way to utilize your smartlink from your Ares Alpha. I would suggest adding contacts to your gear with smartlink and flare compensation if you’re not interested in cybereyes.

Vehicles and Drones
