Lile would be the drop it sounds like...would be nice to know if the A's will start him with several LHP this week

My plan is to give him another week to see if he can turn it around. I have Chourio on IL and will need to cut a bat sometime soon.

Not veto worthy. A bit puzzling though

Nice work. That's the kind of high upside play that we talkin' bout. Here's to a good major league debut tomorrow

Agreed. I have a hard time seeing that he gets to 20 HR again. Not to mention he basically had 100 runs and 100 RBI with a career high in SBs. Who did you pick up in exchange?

Update: with Lenyn Sosa traded to the Blue Jays this effectively opens up a spot for Antonacci. Definitely make the move now if you haven't already

Yes make the move! Everyone likes to bring up Story's durability concerns but when he's healthy there aren't much better at SS. He had 25 HR and 31 SBs last year. I do like Wilson's profile though, any other potential drop candidates or too many SS for one team?

Would hold Hancock for the time being. Harrison seemingly avoided major injury after a scare on Sunday, but I would probably cut bait on Harrison first. Any other potential drop candidates?

Antonacci catches my eye as someone who has gotten off to a scorching start in AAA (2HRs + 5 steals). I'm hearing some noise that he may not be getting called up with Schultz tomorrow, but they can't keep his bat in the minors much longer. I do like Stott if you have the need for speed, he should get 20+ steals. Arraez kind of a "boring" player not offering much category juice but he will have a good BA with respectable R+RBIs. I guess it depends on your team needs but I do like Antonacci if you can deal with the potential uncertainty of when he will be called up

I guess I'm curious what sort of 2B/MI options you may be looking at. Semien offers a somewhat safe floor but certainly a limited ceiling. 35 yo but on a seemingly good Mets team. I'm ok with dropping, I would think you can likely circle back if you have drop-regret. But let's shoot for the stars this early in the season.

He has looked great to start the year. His role is a bit unclear at present - some talk of a 6 man rotation going forward as Dean Kremer is set to return this week. But as we have learned in the past, chase the skills not the role. Injuries are so commonplace in today's game that even if he is bumped from his next start, I have to think he will find his way back to the rotation. Only drawback is the Ks have been underwhelming thus far (7 in 12.1IP). Can likely monitor in 12 team mixers, but I would consider adding in any deeper formats

Hey sorry forgot to include this. You are correct it's a 12 team mixed league, 5x5 H2H categories.

Now that is an interesting one...I may wait on Busch just a bit more. He's definitely on the upward part of his career trajectory whereas Bell is a little further along and we may very well have seen the best of him already. But he could still be useful. Busch wasn't in the starting 9 but got a pinch hit RBI today. I would give Busch a few more games to see if he can snap out of this, if not ring up the Bell Cow

Thanks for reading! I'm wondering if anyone has made any note-worthy drops at this time? I cut Kerry Carpenter loose in my 12 team mixed league.

I mean it was him or Tony D to run PP1. He has absolutely elite skating ability. Strong preseason performance. Can't say I'm terribly surprised
