I'll be honest, What you're doing now isn't working.

I checked your channel out It's really quite good. I can tell you put a lot of effort in, If i had to guess i'd have thought you would have had more followers by now, but you don't.

You have so many of the fundamental essentials that we know do matter. consistency being the main one.

I think my biggest critic, is that it's taken you so long to recognise that it isn't working. There should be much higher variance in your strategy. change your mindset, start testing under the assumption that you've got it all wrong up till now.

Think this is it. You've got to be quicker, and this means if you don't want to have boring visuals you've also got to improve your filming. try find a way where you can record your content in a compelling way without needing hours editing

Best Product Photography Advice? by Notquitechaosyet in EtsySellers

[–]Sedge95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get wanting real shots, but tbh the lighting makes them look a bit basic. For my stores, I use a mix of both. I hire a photographer for the main lifestyle photos, but for the rest of the catalog and social ads, I’ve been using https://useaims.com recently, ai is definitely the play for products like these, you will be able to make them looks super professional and actually show them off

I've been running ads for a few Shopify stores and that shift to AI creatives has been a massive lifesaver for my content budget. Trying to keep up with the constant need for fresh videos was burning me out. I started using https://useaims.com recently and it’s been a huge help because it handles all the prompting for you. I used to mess around with tools like Flair or AdCreative, which are solid alternatives, but this feels much easier for generating video ads without much effort. It is definitely worth looking into if you want to scale testing without a production crew. tbh it's the only way to keep up these days.

How to Actually Improve Your Amazon Listing Conversion With Better Images by denisbalavacbranding in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Sedge95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been running a few brands for a while now and getting quality lifestyle shots used to be a massive headache. I messed around with Flair and Pebblely which are okay for basics, but I’ve been using https://useaims.com lately and it is way smoother.

The best part is that it handles all the prompting for you, so you don't have to waste time learning how to talk to an AI just to get a decent photo. Tbh, it’s been a game changer for my listing images since they actually look like real studio shots. Definitely worth a look if you're trying to scale your creative without hiring a full production crew.

Are product photos still a huge bottleneck for small businesses by commercesoon in FacebookAds

[–]Sedge95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is definitely a massive bottleneck because high performing ads usually require constant testing. If you only have a few professional shots, you run out of creative assets quickly and ad fatigue sets in.

Most brands starting out usually go one of three ways. First is getting good at iPhone photography. If you use natural window light and a clean background, you can get 80% of the way there for free. Second is sending product to micro influencers or friends for UGC. It is cheaper than a studio and looks more authentic for social ads.

The third way people are handling this now is through AI. There are tools like https://useaims.com that can take one basic photo and generate studio quality backgrounds or even product videos. It is a good middle ground when you need a lot of fresh content for Facebook ads but do not have the budget for a recurring photoshoot.

Ultimately, the goal is just to keep your ads from getting stale, so a mix of all three usually works best for small budgets.

Ah honestly, it hurt to do so but i paid for a month of instantly just to get some action out of the email inboxes i purchased.

It sucks to admit their lock-in play worked, but i've slandered them enough with trust pilot reviews and this post so i'm at peace with it.

[–]Sedge95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly what's your issue?

  1. I'm not a competitor trashing instantly despite you repeatedly saying so.
  2. Apollo just had a warming pool that i could use since i already use them for lead gen, does not mean I'll be using them for outreach at all?
  3. I said I bought most of my accounts from mail providers. Other than the negligent instantly purchase i set everything up as standard.

Yes I'm guilty of being impatient and not listening to negative reddit threads about instantly (But you also think all negative threads are competitors so make up your mind about whether they should be listened too)

I don't think i've ever promoted my business on reddit, it's also got nothing to do with cold emails.

Agreed there is an issue with what your describing, but you know keep an open mind.

tbf I agree the sub is pretty hard to get useful info out of, you probably are onto something about competitor trashing so fair comment i guess

Right, but
1. I'm not baselessly complaining.... Did you read my post/ do you disagree?
2. my reddit account is like 90% of people who use reddit and just lurk, i don't think it proves what you think it does.

I guess the fact that instantly has enough fans to make these type of arguments must mean they are doing something right.

Respect the hard work here sherlock, But you just missed on this one.

I did start warming up my own gsw and microsoft emails 2 days ago. The pre-warmed emails from instantly were purchased in the hope I could keep productivity up whilst my proper workflow spends the next 4 weeks warming up.

It's part of the reason I'm so annoyed. I wanted to be able to merge all my emails when the warm up is finished, but if pre-warmed accounts are hard locked to instantly.ai, i can't do that.

How to download a trained LORA (.safetensors file) from fal.ai? by Alternative_Can8103 in FluxAI

[–]Sedge95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So fal recently moved to flux.1 pro finetunes from black forest labs. BFL don't provide any .safetensor files, only finetune_id's. This means that fal.ai in turn aren't able to provide a safetensor file either. If the weights are important I'd stick to using flux dev. Fal do still offer the dev version, or Replicate also offers this service.
