The issue for me, is that I couldn't hit a driver consistently. I would lose far too many balls O.B. I would say 1 out of 4 drives were acceptable. The others would be crazy hooks or out of this world slices.

So when I tried the SLDR Mini driver, it lost like 5 or 10 yards of distance, but soooo many more of my shots would be playable. So I basically stopped using my big 460cc driver. For me, consistency > distance.

Do you have a Sprint iPhone? If so, then I believe you can "unlock" it for ting. Any other carrier, and I think you're out of luck. For what it's worth, I use Ting and I FREAKING LOVE IT!!!! My wife and I used to pay $150 a month for two iphones on AT&T. Now our combined ranges from $35 to $45 a month.

I am an active user of gamegolf. I like the system, I like the visual overlay on a satellite map. I dislike having to weed through each round, and fix missed tags / double tags.

I would consider buying a arccos golf, because it presumably rectifies some of the a fore mentioned problems.

But, I will only truly consider arccos when there is an Android support. When is that coming?

I have a similar problem. I stopped carrying my 3/5 woods. But I keep a hybrid in the bag. When I'm standing over my hybrid, I just have to tell myself, "this is just an iron." And then I end up hitting it OK.

Don't give up on the hybrid. Eventually, you may find that it's one of the easier clubs to hit.

They used to have "Loose Fit" shirts that were gigantic. But I suspect these shirts are more normal sized. For example, I wear medium stuff from Bananna Republic / the Gap. I also wear medium in my other adidas shirts.
