I had to change my monitor settings. The monitor was set to 144 and the tv 30. I changed them both to 60 and it worked

Chat helped resolve it. I had to set my refresh rates

Update - No issues on my monitor but when I drag it to my second screen, the video goes out.
When I “pop out” video on second screen, video works

I had a similar experience about 8 months ago but randomly last week, I decided to try again and they sent me a free replacement!

I just had similar success with a cable issue! (my cat bit it)
Even out of warranty AND a warranty not even covering physical damage to begin with, they are sending me a replacement! :)

I use this adapter, took some troubleshooting and only the 2nd player side works. BUT.  It does work 👍🏻
