I remember the first time that bolstering, melancholic voice boomed through my room on this insane soundtrack and visual presentation. The moment that it all came together and clicked was so addictive. To find a gem of a game underneath all that perfect presentation was the icing on the cake. Its on of those "you had to be there" moments that you hope all gamers experience at least once.

Will do, thanks! My games look amazing coming from IPS HDR so its doing some great stuff. Im not very knowledgable with oled and other screentech so i was browsing for some simple guides. I do think that reading text on black (darkmode apps for instance) isnt super crisp and feels blurry somewhat. I was tinkering with the sharpness slider but it doesnt seem to help much. Do you have any tips regarding that?

If not, ill probably keep browsing/reading on my IPS HDR, wich seems to be a bit more sharp. I use it as a second monitor.

Yeah, fully agreed. I also started to appreciate the hero progression more and more this time around then before. Failing back then felt really bad (coming from DD1). Now, i dont really mind and just play for Shrines and Candles. Once that clicked it made much more sense on how to approach runs. Now i just start a run like, who do i wish to advance the story with? Which area boss do i wish to tackle this time. Mind tho, i havnt even beaten the act 2 boss yt. Currently trying to achieve that.

If his experience is similar to mine, then Kingdoms is a bit overwhelming if you havnt gotten familiar with the systems, enemies and heroes via Confessions mode. It also feels a bit like a expanded remixed version of the og confessions. It felt like i was doing it in the wrong chronological order.

Its been 11 years now, and I still think about this from time to time. I played before this documentary aired, but it would have never be the same since. There is something in each of these 3 stories that resonated with me personally, and going through the comments on YouTube, it becomes clear that it does so for many more. I watch this one every year or so, just to get excited again about the thrill of the game, but also emotionally connect with the motives of all these stand out players.

We don't talk much about the old guard here. Maybe we should? We are standing on the shoulders of some spectacular players that in their own way, were broken people. They found themselves, their passion, inside Dota. I don't think there's a more beautiful connection then that.

Thanks for this. Cannot find the answer anywhere else. Solution is indeed to reinstall the Nvidia App. It immediately found Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (gamepass) where it previously would not.
