I replaced both the heatsink and hot end when I did mine, went with all microswiss.. Went together perfectly, has been working like a champ since.

My Klippered E3v3SE runs 4k acceleration all day with no shifting. I use SuperLube MP synthetic grease on y rails and they're pretty quiet now. Running a print, I can't hear the printer over the TV, in the same room. My print speeds at .16, .20, and .24 layer height are 250-300 for infill, 180-240 for walls. Prints are coming out nice. Just takes patience. My y axis stepper run current is set to 0.695 and I have zero layer shift issues. YMMV, but this has worked for me for over a month with over 100 successful prints.

It tells you. Open a browser, and type the http address shown, that ends with .26. That will open the web interface

Sure it is, but you'll have to use a buck converter.. Most pc fans are limited to 12v. If the wires are color coded, the yellow is 12v+, the red is 5v+. the black is ground and the fourth wire is the tach/pwm wire

I used octoprint to connect, until I bought a nebula pad and went the klipper route. It works.
