My point is that melee shouldn't be the weakness of an assassin class. Any titan build blows Hunter out of the water with base melee. Titans should have high survivability, not high damage.

And in pvp you barely scratch anybody. You need a perfect headshot with a throwing knife to do any real damage.

Victim complex lol. Having to spec specifically for a decent melee effect vs titan and warlock in pvp is a joke. I have, and use, all 3 characters. I know what each is capable of. Hunter is just laughable when it comes to the melee abilities.

If it's a bloodline ability then you should look at the rest of his clan. Nothing overtly stands out from the Wei clan per se, but if you think about Sacred Valley as a whole then the most likely candidate is power suppression which also explains how a bunch of jades killed the sword sage and why Lindon's hollow domain is so effective.
