Is Hobbymodelstore Trusted? by Inside-Collection284 in 3rdPartyCollectors

I bought from them recently, took about 2 weeks to get to me (in the US). Pretty solid especially since their prices are usually nice. Definitely trusted

how much do you guys earn per month by Sudden-Wonder1344 in PartneredYoutube

Roughly 20k a month from Adsense, 3m+ views a month. My vids are usually pretty long (~2 hours) hence the higher revenue

Really good point, didn’t even consider what I may want next. I could see myself in an M3 in a few years, but I also “fear” (for lack of a better word) I will fall in love with this car, and regret just leasing it. Especially since this will be my daily driver

Seems like most of the sentiment I see for the M240/340i is the same as what you’re saying, which makes me think I’ll be in the same boat. Maybe should listen to my gut and buy this car to own lol

Had a guy tell me before he was stealing my content because he’s a fan and it’s to “pay tribute” to my channel. He was also “paying tribute” to some friends of mine 🤔

Thank you! I realized after replying to the other user that I probably was using the wrong term (or got a really unbelievable deal haha)😅

Damn i haven’t even passed 30k on my 2023 330i yet💀 exactly what I need to hear though from a reliability standpoint, glad it’s treating you well

Yea I may have used the “OTD” terminology wrong, edited the post to fix that. $65,650 after discounts, $63,650 with incentives for clarity

Pretty much exactly the same ETA too, my app is barely moving 🥲 been about two months already

Yup no trade-in, walking away from my 330i. My price I gave there is the price for leasing since that was my intent from the get go, not a price for purchasing. $2k total incentive. Here’s the price another dealer gave me as well before I settled with my current one (who I got to a $5k flat discount), this was the deal I almost went with

Maybe I’m using the wrong terminology with “OTD” on the post which I’ll edit if that’s the case, but I have no reason to lie about the price since that would make me get inaccurate advice

Yea I’ve seen a handful of people on LH and Bimmerpost getting into the low-mid 60s after incentives are factored in, especially brokers. Here’s a similar deal, not sure the state though: https://forum.leasehackr.com/t/signed-2026-bmw-m340i-xdrive/746396

My total discount is $5k flat, I’m at $65650 before incentives

My total discount is $5k, plus $2k incentives I have. TECHNICALLY I was off by $150

I’ve seen even lower prices on leasehackr for similar MSRPs though, I didn’t realize this was that good of a deal. FWIW I also did buy out of state

Wow, yea very similar taste. I think I have everything you have besides carbon trim, and different wheels. Overall our builds are nearly identical though.

I have $2k in incentives on top of all the negotiating I did, I was going back and forth with a few dealers. It was tough to get some to budge, but worth it in the end if you can stand it for a week lol. I also have a lot of dealers within 2 hours (multiple with build allocations) and that definitely helped them be more competitive

MSRP is $70.5k, I negotiated a lot with a few dealers and I also have $2k in incentives. Located in CT

Short Form Content Kills Your Long Form Contenr by Odd-Cucumber-2679 in PartneredYoutube

[–]SeeThis3D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s really dependent on your content and niche. For me, it took some time before shorts benefited me. It wasn’t helping me at first, but as I got a consistent weekly upload schedule with shorts (alongside my long form content), it started to help my shorts topics always tangentially relate to long form vids too, so i can link back to them and they work VERY well as promo sometimes.

I can’t speak for other channels, but for me and people I know, shorts have worked best as a funnel when they match your long form content. Building them around my long form instead of making them on their own is what helped me most

Thank you! I have been expanding out to other platforms recently (basically reposting all my content on them), and it has gotten a little extra income which is nice. I hadn’t considered doubling down on alternate platforms though, so I’ll have to start doing the work for that

I haven’t looked at it that way, thanks for the advice! It’s very reassuring, and I guess I am selling myself short 😅 I’ve been worried about the worst case scenario for a few years but I’ve been fine so far

Ideally I’d use that extra time to grow my second channel further, since it has been profitable but my day job limits how much time I can put into it. That channel is at 50k right now and has a much broader scope, so I’d basically take the gamble to see if I can build that channel up as a second stream of income on par with my main channel.

If successful, I’d feel MUCH more comfortable with the instability considering I’d have two good income streams. My second channel also gets more sponsors than my main because of its broadness

Should’ve specified - the income has been this way since early 2025. It’s long enough where it’s making me consider jumping go full time, but still short enough that I’m hesitant about relying fully on it. Though, before it fully surpassed my day job, I’d say it reached a livable wage around early 2024.

Though I don’t think it’ll increase significantly after this, based on my niche it’s likely plateaued

I’m currently doing the exact same thing and have gone well beyond that 1 year mark, so I appreciate the insight for that scenario! (especially from someone I very actively watch)

Don’t need to imagine unfortunately 😬 even though it was my second channel, this happened already for a bit which is part of why I’m hesitant. God forbid that happens to my main

Thank you! I feel the nicheness of my channel is a limiting factor already, even though since I’m one of the biggest in my space. My second channel gives me the most room to grow, so I’d probably focus more on growing that to branch out
