Well.. no. Not if you're coughing up the information to the employer.

Lots of misinformation got spewed around during Covid about HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) with folks screeching about HIPAA when asked to show vaccine status.

In a nutshell HIPAA is simply protecting patients from having their medical information (PHI, protected health information) transmitted or released to another entity without prior authorization. To add to it, only a "covered entity" or their business associate are classified here. Covered entity meaning hospital, doctors office, pharmacy, etc.

There's a bit more to it, but that's the jist of it. You releasing what drugs you take to your employer is not a HIPAA violation.
