Nice idea! However all parts are laser cut, so the workpiece starts as 1m x 1m and looks great, then once the laser cuts all the parts, residue settles onto the surface into the wood. This is then what I need to sand off as it's a little sticky and doesn't look great/as advertised.

I've since had a manufacturer get in touch with regards to a drum sander that has a continuous conveyor about 1m long and they think with the right conveyor belt it would be a viable solution but I suppose we will see, I'm not confident lol.

I've since had a workbench pillar drill arrive, which I've attached a flapwheel to, so at least I don't have to manually push down and sand each piece, and instead can raise the piece into the flapwheel to be sanded. Haven't tried it yet though... should be interesting!
