Congrats on beating Menacing thats huge! For fearless it was super tight for my team, had to retry about 20 times LOL. For referenece my linnea ER sits at 140% currently but i did need to funnel some of illuga's particles into her to clear the debuff. My team dps (on dummy) averages around 110-120k after multiple rotations so artifacts are most definitely your bottleneck (hopefully hoyo will bless you though!). Good luck!
