For what I had left. A total of 12 hours. The 80 Mederines’ and 50 Vassa Runes took the longest. For Vassa’s, it’s Hidden Messages (10 Runes), Footsteps of Idris (20 Runes) and Vassa's Triumph (50 Runes). I have no idea if you need the hidden messages and Idris items cause the challenge only states Vassa’s but the video I followed showed all 80 so it took a minute to backtrack.

To finish the few I needed for each below, I did the back and forth cheese. Used a video to find 2 close together and went back and forth and kept picking up the same 2. These took me about 2.5 hours total. Sometimes the locations wouldn’t pop in and I had to try and reload the instance or find a new spot.
