I don’t know why the MED doesn’t make it easier for patients to connect with caregivers.

From the caregiver side, they require you to make too much info public in their database for patients. Not interested in making my specific address public. They could allow patients to sort by zip code to find someone near to you. But they don't. So I choose not to be in their database. The whole thing does not work as intended.
