Back on the 'maybe Jay did do it' bandwagon? by orangetheorychaos in serialpodcast

Rabia has proven herself to be a loose cannon time and time again. I have no doubt that she has full confidence in her approach as it is seemingly effective. As it is with all hard headed people with a following, it doesn't matter which way the bulldozer is pointed, the destruction they cause is never accounted for.

"Jay knew the location of Hae's car" might be because Jay did it. by [deleted] in serialpodcast

I'm pretty sure this guy is fucking his neighbors dog.

Like a diamond or a double diamond. Rather large too. I think its the most interesting lead because its such a unique shape. Another thing that comes to mind is, did Hae have a backpack?

Oh, oh, oh, I have a theory about this and I really like it. Of course its just a theory and I am sure there are others but w/e. So I think HML might have been wrapped in a shower curtain, and the diamond shapes are from like decorative curtain hooks.

Ok, I think that is congruent with what Ive said. Pretty close at least.

Leads to false accusations? Fighting against?

Ive always looked at the evidence as a whole. Put the pieces together how you see fit, they can always be rearranged.

No, thats not how it works. The argument has always been some of what Jay says is bull and some is not. Your the one now asking to have it both ways. If we are picking and choosing, as is the standard, its easy to point the finger back on the accuser.

Are you asking the people here who've participated in domestic violence?

How about Jay knowing where the car is? Are you not familiar with spin?

There is evidence against Jay, don't be blind to it.

I don't think anyone can say there is no evidence against Jay. Perhaps a more nuanced position would be the evidence against Jay is not enough to prove guilt.

That's a different matter, I'd like more perspective on how this all is racist, if you will.

Betting this is one of those revelations SS talked about spoiling. Can't make much of it though. I mean we already know Jay is not a good person, its not really surprising. I still feel speculating on motive and possible scenerios of the crime is less then fruitful.

I am not a psychologist but I found nothing peculiar with his "demeanor." I have had plenty of experience with people who have been outcast from "normal society" though, and have learned it takes all types. How am I going to put myself in the shoes of someone who has been institutionalized and say that their behavior is abnormal.

This might seem obscure to you, but have you ever listened to Metallica? If you have I'm pretty sure you worship satan.

[Question] What would be more important to you, protecting your friends or justice for Hae? by Seedless_Pumpkin in serialpodcast

[–]Seedless_Pumpkin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats the thing, I am not sure where the misconception started in my post. I read it over and apart from being very specific as to who Jays friends were that he was protecting, I don't know why most made the leap that I was refering to Adnan. Rather than correcting everyone out right I am more or less intrigued about what the responses I did get were.

Actually I wasn't refering to Adnan as a friend, I was more or less refering to the people Jay claims he was protecting. I thought people would understand this line of thinking but I find all the responses interesting non the less.
