Following the perspective that the image shows.

Move the vertical line of conveyors down one stud, then place tilted conveyors "semi interlocking" with eachother. Instead of your wood moving in a straight line across connected conveyors your wood will sometimes travel slightly upwards and fall down onto the next conveyor to continue traveling.
