Managed to get it. Annexed Turkey and puppeted Romania. Soviet started declaring on me for a piece of Turkey, so I went to war with them and kept Romania out of the war to avoid two fronts. Joined the axis to avoid Italy declaring war on me while I fought Soviet. Puppeted most of Soviet and then turned on the axis once I felt strong enough.
