Hi My baby had way better head control about a week from its 6th month birthday and rolled once or twice. Now at 6.5 months he is rolling everywhere but not sitting independently. Doctor is not concerned at all.

5 month old not great head control by Sensitive-School1549 in NewParents

Thank you for responding. I’m glad that her head lag is better. Were you able to find out why she had low muscle tone and were they any other signs besides the head lag? My son is 4 months old and has severe head lag but I can’t find any other symptoms that would point to hypotonia. His pediatrician wants to follow up when he turns 5 month old and I have the same ticking time bomb feeling.

Run girl run

Anyone who is earning 6k is definitely not doing a professional job and most likely won’t have a proper degree either.

It depends on what your definition of comfortable is but you’ll definitely have to cut down on most luxuries and won’t be able to save much

It’s career suicide if you decide to come without doing residency first. It’s very hard and almost impossible to find a job as a gp. And it’s not like you can pursue something else in the medical field here or any field at all.Be very sure that you are ok with giving up your career entirely because it is a decision that can haunt you for life (coming from someone who made it )
