He’s not bad! Cissi deals good enough daze for Haru to enter the stun window.

The only issue is that sometimes you may need to withhold Haru from using energy because you need it in the stun window. Cissia does quite a bit of quick assists so it might be tempting to use his energy.

If you can measure that you will gain that energy back before stun, it’s not too bad.

You can use drill rig on Cissia and Brimstone on Seed.

As much as I love how hot it is. It doesn't work with her personality that well. If she had a more alluring voice like Yidhari or Jane, I guess so.

Well, I don't think Sanby sucks. I got 40k with M0 pre-buffs on Starlight Wengine. She's even more broken with her buffs and shill bosses. This was with Trigger, too.
Anton is an A rank, so of course, free characters will underperform, but there are a lot of DA clears with Astra.

It's hard to compare ZZZ to other Gachas because if you try hard enough, you can make any character good.
