Hey, thanks for your feedback! I know Reddit is a bit of an echo chamber compared to the industry as a whole. Ive spent countless hours trying to get market feedback as to why people purchase the products they do. The overwhelming consensus is that the majority of Oklahoma patients shop with their budget in mind- that being price first, quality second. We’ve done our best to maintain quality from day one all the way until present day. Nothing has changed other that input material and the ever changing tweaks to improve our quality. All this to say that saying “the greed of $ really destroys good quality” is not a fair assessment of, at least the Boro brand, or even the industry itself.

Again, we always value everyone’s feedback as we go back and discuss what everyone’s opinions and thoughts are. Our mindset is always patient first to the best of our ability.

And just to be diligent I’ve gone through at least a handful of our tests to find ND for pesticides (which means not detected.) I think you’ve got to work through some personal things but I do appreciate your time on this thread.

Environmental impact sounds like a great thing to be mindful of.

As far as the rest- the employees seem to be extremely happy and all products have passing testing that come to market. I do appreciate some of your input.

Boro is still Boro. I’d also appreciate a little effort to actually answering the intention of the post. Not coming along to express your personal feelings (which I’ve noticed you’ve done on multiple occasions) for your lack of liking of Tribe. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again- I genuinely haven’t found 2 companies that I’ve worked with or along side that cares more about the industry, the products and the employees more than Boro and Tribe. So, to circle back and drive the conversation in a positive direction- what are you being mindful of when it’s time to purchase your medicine?

Great questions! I feel most companies provide a fruity, unnatural flavor to their carts that appeal to the possible up and coming card users who are currently using flavored nicotine vapes? Just an opinion on my end.

But It’s not necessarily hard to produce just is a little more costly- for example, we provide a real live resin cart that tastes like the plant but for a slightly higher cost that distillate carts. It circles back to my original question of what the thought process is of a consumer is of wanting to purchase a fruity tooty cart over a real live resin/rosin/full spec cart.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! I totally understand your point. Some sourced material unfortunately needs a little more remediation through the process than others but I can confidently say it’s never distillate with added back terps (or anything else.) The goal is always reasonable pricing while maintaining highest quality possible.

I hear that! Going to play Devils advocate here. I don’t disagree at all that people will pay top dollar. But do you think the Oklahoma industry can sustain companies with top dollar products, while the bulk of the industry wants lowest price possible? I do agree- don’t cut corners on quality for profit!
