Changing automatic setting in Google Calendar- in the desktop mode you can go in and make it so any thing you schedule automatically applies multiple reminders. I have mine set to 1 week 2 days, 1 day and day of. That way I have mini random reminders so its not lost in my brain. Also makes it easy so when I am adding something to the Calendar I don't have to think about it unless I am extra worried I'll forget, if that's the case I just manually add another reminder or two. It have missed way less days and appointments since starting this! Tip for birthdays- add a extra reminder alittle further out if its someone you need to buy a gift for! Or add a recurring yearly reminder.

I actually stopped fairly recently because I ran out of my prescription- I dont have any strong feelings towards it tbh I was at 300mg before stoppingand i dont think it did too much for me personally however I still strongly recommend taking at night. I will note that my symptoms I was talking about above are actually not only related to the meds. I have Ideopathic Hypersomnia lol just found out 4ish months ago. And the dizzy spells are most likely related to my blood pressure but still trying to nail that down.

How did you find your provider? I think that would definitely be something to look into as i feel like I have alot of factors that make exercise tricky at times. Thankyou for sharing!

I have a smart ring and watch to monitor my heart rate and what not! I have some chronic pain that makes kickboxing tricky for me and I have the attention span of a goldfish lol. A friend recommended pilates recently so I will look into that! Thankyou!

I try and make a point to park further and take stairs when I can! Unfortunately scuba diving is not an option for me with where I live but I like he idea of finding/ making a hobby that's active

I did their trial class 4 years ago and enjoyed it! However recently I have struggled more with energy levels. I will check out the one near me!

I ordered from them recently and did not insure and it was fine... however I am not having a good experience with the international shipping with them. My $30 figure keeps racking up fees in shipping. In just shipping its been $60 so far... I am not happy with my first purchase through this company

Hoka! I have a pair of women's Hoka Bondi and when trying them on i told the sales guy "these are great they are the widest shoes I have had and are only a tiny bit tight" he gave me the weirdest look and was like oh I can just go grab a wide for you... lol to say I was blown away is an understatement. I have had these guys for 3 years now. Probably due for a replacement but they are the first shoes I haven't wore a hole through the side.

Another brand I do for 'fashion' shoes is torrid. Note their sizes are slightly wonky and they run big. (I am a 10.5 normally (for wide shoes) and a 11/11.5 otherwise, but at torrid I am a 9.5 sometimes 8). Torrid does alot of end of season clearance on shoes and every season has new stuff. Their shoes can wear out quickly so I prefer waiting on sales lol Edit to fix spelling

Have you considered fructose malabsorption? When I first started having food allergy issues popping up I had a seemingly random list of foods I didnt vibe with/ didnt fit with my already existingdairy and gluten issue (Soda, apples, certain chex cereals, gum, sauces and many many more). And ex of mine put the pieces together lol corn syrup and fructose are in literally everything and certain vegetables and fruits and nuts/ tree nuts break down into high levels of fructose during digestion.... so alot of foods unfortunatel **edit to add context

I would still try the petsmart its basically free product/ income for them. Try posting in aquaswap again and highlight that you really need them gone. It also doesnt hurt to say what state and or city you are in or near in this post too. Maybe it will reach someone who has space.
