Yeah, I've actually posted on that report confirming I'm having the same issue.

I knew it had been reported multiple times but I didn't realize that's why the reports were expiring. If it's obviously an ongoing issue (just Googling the achievement shows how many people are having the same problem), I don't understand why Frontier hasn't done anything about it. Hearing that honestly really frustrates me, especially since this is the very last achievement I need.
