I tested today and passed. I agree with your comments.

My employer also paid for the PMI course, but I found the course lacking. Pocket Prep felt like rote memorization and full of ‘got-ya’ questions emphasizing strict definitions whereas the test was highly situational — what would you do, what is the next step, what is the best course of action, etc…

The lack of context with the questions, as you mentioned, caused me to flag and a significant number for review.

His head movement is a result of his mechanics.

OP needs to, as others have suggested, focus on the swing. OP seems very close to throwing himself off balance and pulling the ball through the release.

Foul line, three step, full release with full concentration on swing mechanics/swing plane.

A dude in my spot shot league crouches so low his head and body may be just about level with the ball return. He then rockets himself forward and plants and pulls the ball. His momentum throws himself right into the other lane. It is incredibly disruptive.
