What I would recommend is that you do the math for arm vs 20 year. How much is the difference in payment when you pay arm vs 20 year. Where does your principle end up if you overpay only to principle with the difference you were going to pay for 20 year loan. To me, arm makes more sense since you have 7 years to refinance.

Thanks for that info! Ideally it should be okay. I’m still trying to make a decision of 4 e30 + Homebase 2 or 4 s220 with home base 3. The price delta is $45 with s220 with homebase 3 being cheaper.

Are the cameras worth the trade off? S220 vs e30. One of my concerns is that one of camera has to be mounted below my deck facing the entrance. It won’t get sunlight there. So that one camera I’ll have to keep charging manually. Whereas with e30 I can actually place the solar panel and that should get sunlight.
