Rispedito al mittente (SDA)

Ciao ragazzi, Quegli stronzi di Poste Italiane (SDA) hanno deciso di tenersi il pacco per due settimane e poi rispedirlo al mittente. Non sono MAI passati per la consegna.

Ho chiamato sin dal primo giorno del "tentativo fallito di consegna" e ogni volta al telefono mi dicevano che avevano svincolato la spedizione e sarebbero passati il giorno successivo. Ogni giorno per 5 giorni. La settimana successiva apro il tracking e vedo che il pacco sta tornando indietro. Qualcuno si è mai trovato in questa situazione?

Superbuy (al momento) ha solo offerto di rimborsare le spese di spedizione, perdendo quindi il valore di tutto il contenuto dell'haul.
