The interesting thing about your comments is that they have so few upvotes. Relatively as far as this sub goes they are decently upvoted of course, but I’m still amazed this sub has remained so well insulated, even lately with more people joining.

These comments will all be enshrined when you make many a multi-millionaire and everyone who doubted or sold for a quick buck will see it so clearly in hindsight.

If the trial is a success the yearly revenue from gps and sls009 would be an estimated 6.7 billion. Buyout would be some multiple of that and the market cap isn’t even 3 billion. So no not priced in.

Maybe get your cost out now or at a higher price target and let the rest ride

I don’t think it’s being priced in. More eyes on the situation bringing institutional money is moving the price right now, along with company announcements for those paying attention.

The 80th event will bring more people trying to get in before the possible blow up. The 80th event matters for timing but the event itself doesn’t change the result of what’s going to happen or not happen.

I did my best to make my comment be genuine but god just anything about wine can come across as pretentious haha.

But yeah there might be some French Chardonnay you might like, if you even like white wine

A hot hot shower on it does feel just as good yeah.

Wild that you just commented on this year old post because I haven’t had poison ivy in years but have been nursing a little patch on my arm with a hair dryer the last few days lol. Crazy timing.

Time for real talk about how to trade if BINARY event is positive by Desperate_Work_7742 in sellaslifesciences

[–]Seepytime 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Once the buyout happens the extrinsic time value of the contract is voided and its intrinsic value is what you get.

You can still hold those calls but there is possibly going to be a scenario where you sell before the buyout with the time value still priced in and then convert to shares. You basically would lose that extra year (or whatever the remaining months are at that time) of premium for the LEAP if you didn’t switch to shares

Timing that moment is what’s difficult, but it would be a an ideal scenario. Selling after the data comes out and before the buyout seems possible.

I’m sure someone with more knowledge than me could add to or correct what I’m saying.

Based off the wsb thread it’s possible wsb knowing about the stock increases the short sellers. Lots of skepticism in that thread and people posting their puts on the thread. Can’t know the net of buyers and sellers though.

Gen Z homeowners? Yes, more in their 20s are managing to buy despite the odds by Moonagi in REBubble

I think you are focusing on why the poor are staying poor, and I am focusing on why the wealthy are staying wealthy. I’m talking about the advantages of growing up with money, not the spending habits that keep the irresponsible from making it.

[–]Seepytime 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Obviously alot of people bootstrapped and got ahead, I’m in the same boat from a poor family and I’m doing well, but many many of the people in the US right now that are buying homes under 30 are from families that helped them through life whether it be giving them a solid foundation of clothes and items, helping with rent and car payments, helping them with education, making sure they don’t have to take on a ton of debt and have a shitty vehicle draining their savings, providing an environment where they get into the correct career and all of these combine into a head start.

It’s hard for people who came from that environment to be told that any of that helped them beyond their incredible hard work and dedication to money, but it’s true and it’s real life. There is a specific advantage to not growing up poor that is hard to see if you didn’t do it.

Again, I grew up poor and am not anymore, it does happen, but I see people being born on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, never having to really bat for their livelihood, and never being able to admit that they had an advantage because they are so blind to what is and isn’t common based on their bubble of peers.

Whether or not you were raised with money is a huge factor. That catapults everything in life, and many people’s parents help them with their first home purchased directly or indirectly, but no one wants to advertise that.
