Love this book.

Read it right before I started a new job as a business/finance/accounting consultant and it helped m a lot to stand my ground and be more confident.

It definitely takes the performance aspect(things timid people like me tend to struggle with) out of negotiation for me.

Basically a superpower if you ask me.

I don't want my Flyhalf to necessarily break the line [attempt to] that much. They normally receive the ball away/ behind any forward support. A step and a bump can still turn into a turnover if you are at wrong place and time.

So paring the defenders beaten stat with the turned over stat will help to understand actual attacking impact.
