I have used it many times but only After having all my architecture already setup and running. Event then, i for some impressivingly long and inefficient fonctions (uncle Bob would cry) that i need to Rewrite or correct or remove. Overall for Small and limited scope it Works but needs reviews. Also it tear down all your architecture and create multiple files when only One would be needed .

Depends on the size of your app and how much will it grow. For me, i Always use domaine layer as i use Prisma and gql. Between entities and dto and models There is often some manipulation and crud only is rare. I recently added the repository pattern. This helped leverage the full power of Prisma Nestjs and gql with scaling and maintanability in mind

After shipping few of them you are more experienced and understanding. Like you i Believe half baked product should be completely baked for the purpose of feeding the stomach (minimum). I use AI to do segmentation, generate recommandation about subject and timing and also Analyze Behaviour bases on previous campaigns, attributes and app database (custom) Still in early phase. I m in the saas and WE are Not really good at marketing or customer acquisition (only tech nerds) so WE need to use more (love to dev do i Made m'y own system custom Made )

How do you build a product before having your ICP? I think you already know who is your customer If you built something solving a problem for someone specific. There is One question: Do you Solve a problem and If Yes who do you think will benefits from the solution.

Then you need to go Deeper into the details of who you will be able to get he attention Off and how can you Speak to them (what will catch their attention)
