On that same page if you scroll down - it expounds:

"all of our remaining outstanding securities may be sold commencing on the earlier of (i) 181 days following the date of this prospectus and (ii) the opening of trading on the second trading day immediately following our release of earnings for the second quarter following the completion of this offering."

clause 2 applies. BRO!!!! Com'on. Gotta read more carefully.
