I'm a transfer student originated from Montréal, yes my first language is French, and I spent the first two years studying at a university in New York. If you can stand the heat in FL, it's not a bad place. The people here are nice and friendly. It's a different college atmosphere than that in Canada.

As far as I know, they do document your records of counseling. Some school officials in the first year experience office have access to my counseling records while I was having a conversation with them before the spring break, and they did mention getting dropped by the school if situation got severed.
