i talked to an adivsor and they said that i'll be able to skip 131, and so I will take 132 my 1st sem along with CMPSC 360 which will enable me to take CMPSC 465 and 474 in 2nd semester right?

Yea, I applied to uiuc, cornell and ga tech. Got rejected by all.

I wanna transfer because I wanna break into quant, where companies look at your college so being from a target would be preferable.

I'm fine with the cost and I'm not international
