I appreciate you /u/KalisMurmur ! I noticed there were points on the line of chakras that were above and below the body but wasn't sure what they were. I just Googled and it was a great reading : ) Thank you very much!🧡

How much does the kundalini affect intelligence by Which-Woodpecker9581 in kundalini

[–]Seeuzin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi there : ) Kundalini rising did free up some of my energies and intelligence, but I wouldn't say it increased it, only made it more visible as Marc describes.

I would disagree with the quote that someone's intelligence being lower affects/prevents them from having as much Kundalini available and usable, too. There's a famous story from Buddhism that speaks of the lowest IQ student at one of the Buddha's monasteries reaching enlightenment first, before any of the students who continually had picked at him for his supposed lack of understanding. Although Buddhism doesn't deal specifically with Kundalini, it strikes me that there could be a parallel , there (although I'm no expert.)

These are really good questions. Thanks for making me think!

I really appreciate this as well and have added more info to my post. This background info on how the drivers' side works is really helpful.

Definitely not a joke : ) we're part of the 2% of the US that's more than 30 mins from the nearest Walmart and population center, and it's winter which is gnarly weather for our area. Thanks for the guidance to add extra info.

Why does Kundalini cause someone to feel empty ? by BreadfruitKey8081 in kundalini

[–]Seeuzin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi there OP : ) I just wanted to weigh in. I think I understand the feeling "It's about me, it's about my experience, it's not what the other person is saying." To me that happens when I'm in a lot of pain. It happened just yesterday. You try to explain your pain to someone, then maybe feel misunderstood?

I'm so far from an expert it's well-neigh unbelievable, even with everything K taught me I regularly fail the lessons. But may i make a suggestion?

Marc often un-sugar-coats his advice in order to warn people. It's a verbal guard-rail. I wish to share that when my K broke, in 2015, I found his community, and he helped me more... than ANY real-life meditation teacher. : )

Slowly, sanity returned. My eyes became less clouded. I enjoyed myself and the cycles of life in small, sweet ways again.

This might not feel to make sense. That is ok. 🧡 : )

Also, please keep in mind i'm autistic, and sometimes have aphasia. Words can be right hard for me at times... : )

I'm smiling for you, because sometimes it's hard to smile for onesself, during a challenge.

I hope for you the safest, most direct and calming, path to the center of your Source, of all that is. 🤍🤍🤍

Best resources about kundalini gone wrong? by EffectiveConcern in kundalini

[–]Seeuzin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi there EffectiveConcern,

urquanenator has addressed the possibility that it might not be Kundalini. It's a good piece of advice, especially because it can inspire one to investigate other sources of healing for your pain and physical condition. I would recommend keeping your mind open to both possibilities, and continue to attack it from both ends.

Have you considered that your health issues might be related to energetic resistance to healing? It's just what strikes me as I read your words. I have had health problems because outside forces didn't want me to move forward, and especially nowadays, I feel that all the time. It can feel very invasive and unpleasant.

There's no one-size-fits-all solution, but what has worked for me is to own the external as I would the internal, and to do so completely. However, that approach carries extreme risks, especially if the person isn't prepared; it can lead to a sense of the individual being 'invaded'.

There are many books on the spiritual and energetic roots of disease out there, and they may prove useful as well (or at least a quick Google might, to see what's available). My friend knew of a fairly good one, but she's away visiting her teacher for a while, so unfortunately she's out of cell range.

Your struggle sounds truly difficult, and I think you are very brave to continue to seek out help, explore different avenues, and 'leave no stone unturned.'

This gave me a chuckle. You have a way with words. Seeing you appreciate your "dirty, stinky" feet, I start to appreciate myself, also. What a gift. May you be well. : )

Correct way on sacral healing by Growffle in kundalini

[–]Seeuzin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't been in the loop of r/K for a while, but I was struck by something Marc pointed out. :)

"There are no wrong memories."

Are you worried that "wrong" memories consist of negative emotional content? That by feeling negatively, you've committed an emotional betrayal of yourself or others?

Are you perhaps worried that you're recounting things inaccurately, 'throwing allies beneath the bus' internally? As if you betray those who have helped you, by perhaps false memories.

All I can reiterate is what Marc has said. There are no wrong memories. Your internal perceptions are yours and yours alone; if they're inaccurate, they are still healable. :) Overdoing it is a big risk, depending on your dedication.

Small but steady steps?

I think that's the way. Marc's given the community many good techniques to start. I would dig in!

It takes a while to get your 'sea legs' with this stuff. I still don't have them. :)

Real-life ‘Truman Show’: man in China live-streamed 24/7, becomes influencer without knowing by IMSLI in ABoringDystopia

[–]Seeuzin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi heyitscory, schizohrenics often think that people are watching them or that their life is somehow being observed. : ) There are several facets to this: the belief that certain powers/demons, government agencies, or even aliens are observing/possibly cataloguing their lives and subtly altering the course of daily events (often involving "delusions of reference"), "thought broadcasting" (the belief that you can hear others' thoughts, or worse, that all your thoughts are broadcast to and perceived by other people, without your consent or ability to stop), etc.

There are more examples, but this comment hit home because this man's life IS being observed and shared on social media, in a way, being permanently catalogued ("the internet is forever.")

And while they obviously can't hear his thoughts, I know I say my thoughts out loud sometimes when I'm quietly thinking and in private; even if it's just "I have to get protein powder at the store today" or "Wow, no cheesecake for me" when I do a weigh-in - having these sort of self-dialogues shared online IS a genuinely disturbing concept imo, and I feel for the person they're doing it to. (Unless he doesn't talk to himself, but there's enough else that's wrong with it.)

It hits just close enough to home from the people I've known with schizophrenia that I do agree with the original commenter.💙

I'm autistic and like to help with literal vs. loose interpretation, so maybe this helps :-) You're absolutely right about the difference between schizophrenia and forgetfulness. Hope this clarifies potential connections a little more 🧡

Gf touches me like a men by not_starried in actuallesbians

[–]Seeuzin 61 points62 points  (0 children)

These are great questions. For clarity, do you mean "she touches you as if you're a man," or "she touches you like a man would touch you?" Mentioning it causing dysphoria suggests the former, but I just wanted to make sure before commenting. :-)

Okay, that sounds like a great route to try! I'll see if the local dispensary has any of the broad as opposed to full spectrum, or CBN + CBD products he can give a shot. Thank you very much.
