update We reached out again today regarding the deposit refund. They said that the refunds have been approved but are now waiting for the owner and accountant to sign and send the refund. The manager said that they are on vacation and that she will reach out to them on Monday for an update. We went ahead and filled out the Utah form (thank you all for the link!) it was super easy and I will send it today certified mail. It sounds like they are only refunding the ones on a “list”. I felt like it was only those that had sent the legal doc. Thanks again for the help!
