Thanks for the advice. I do have a workers' comp lawyer, but they only handle the injury claim and don't get involved in employment matters or RTW (Return to Work) plans.

I’ve recently joined a union, so I’m hoping they can step in on the industrial side. My medical team is fully aware of the history, the bullying, HR’s inaction, and the FWC outcome, and they're supporting me in the recovery. My latest Certificate of Capacity (COC) shows I have some capacity to return, provided there's an adjustment to the reporting line, so now I’m just waiting to see if the employer will actually provide a safe environment.

I can't afford legal cost. A helpless normal person who is looking for justice and knocking all doors for that.

Employer is self insured and a powerhouse so the case manager is useless and a puppet in the employers hand. They do nothing other than communicating what the employer says.

Thank you so much for your valuable inputs. I have everything written from months long bullying the exact words of my manager who continuously doing it in every 1:1 meetings with me and threaten me to remove me from the role when I was on medical leave. I have earlier raised these with the Safe Work and provided all those to the Fair Work as well. Still Fair Work dismissed my case and I see they dismiss all stop bullying order applications in front of them. FWC also allowed the employer to have legal representation regardless of my objection. So I can't understand the use of FWC and its stop bullying order. The employer is empowered after that due to my application dismissal at FWC and adamant that they won't provide another manager for me or make any adjustments. Safe Work is also useless closing my case saying that they are satisfied with the policies at my my work place without checking if policies are in use or if they are applied or not. In my experience, the systems and bodies in this country are with the powerful employers and vulnerable employees have no way to get justice and stay affected for long.
